PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans – Town of Ridgeland

A 75 year old building on a main street in the Town of Ridgeland. The old residence has been remodeled and upfitted into a stylized restaurant with upgraded infrastructure and site improvements. The design retains the best elements of the original Lowcountry style of the building, with the new requirements needed for a sophisticated food service business.
